Returns
All sales are final. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If the product is damaged in transit, or defective due to a manufacturers defect, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 5 days of receipt of shipment. If damaged during shipping, a claim will need to be filed with UPS.
If the product is the wrong size or color, it may be exchanged for the correct one. If for any reason the merchandise is worn, altered, or changed in any way, shape or form, we reserve the right to refuse accepting such item.
You must first obtain prior authorization from our Customer Service Dept. All returns must clearly display our return authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages that do not display the proper RMA # will be refused. Shipping costs for returns (unless defective) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please send an email to: orders@ bbqchick.com including information for reason of return. Please indicate the order number and we will ensure the situation will be handled in a timely manner. We do ask that the return shipment be send in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping your merchandise.
